Terms of Service

Welcome to GradPath Tracker (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) What we do

GradPath Tracker helps families and schools read report cards and produce a simple, state-aligned summary of credits earned versus typical graduation requirements. The Service is informational only and does not replace guidance from your school or district.

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service for a student, you confirm you are the parent/guardian or an authorized school representative.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (e.g., report cards, student details).

3) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, interfere with others’ use, or attempt to access non-public systems.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you lack the right to share.
• Use the Service only as permitted by applicable laws and school/district policies.

4) Payments & plans

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access remains through the current billing period.
• One-time checks are a single upload/analysis. Subscriptions include the number of checks listed on the plan page.
• Refunds: During beta, we handle refunds case-by-case. Email hello@gradpathtracker.com.

5) Results & accuracy

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness. Graduation eligibility depends on official school/district records and policies, which can change. Always confirm with your counselor or school.

6) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including name, logo, and content, is protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms.

8) Third-party services

We integrate with services such as Stripe (payments), Jotform (forms), Beehiiv (email), and YouTube (video). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In any case, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new date and, when material, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
